Marketing Manager (Hands on) Temp 2-3 Months to likely perm Location: Kent (Hybrid) - Hasting Salary: £38k-43k+

A market-leading British music technology company, renowned for creating innovative and accessible electronic instruments enjoyed by musicians and enthusiasts worldwide. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Hands on Marketing Manager to join a successful and rapidly growing consumer products business with a globally recognised brand portfolio.

This is a hands-on role for a commercially minded marketer who enjoys driving online sales, optimising digital performance, and supporting the launch of innovative products. Working across both B2C and B2B channels, you'll play a key role in shaping the customer journey, supporting retail partners and delivering engaging campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Website & Digital Marketing

Manage and maintain company websites, ensuring content is current, engaging, and optimised for performance. Setting up Affiliate programmes Influencer programs Monitor user behaviour, conversion rates, and customer journeys to improve online sales, upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Drive SEO improvements through content optimisation, keyword strategy, and website enhancements. Plan, execute and analyse email marketing campaigns. Use analytics tools to track performance and identify opportunities for growth.

Product Marketing & Sales Support

Create and manage digital sales assets including product descriptions, specification sheets, presentations, and promotional materials. 2-3 new Product Launches Support new product launches through landing pages, email campaigns, and digital marketing activity. Provide retailers and distributors with accurate, up-to-date product information and marketing materials. Develop sales enablement content including brochures, presentations, and case studies. Conduct market and competitor research to support product positioning and commercial decision-making.

Collaboration & Content

Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistency across digital channels. Assist with the creation of digital marketing assets using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. Write and edit engaging content for websites, email campaigns, product listings, and sales materials.

About You

Proven experience in digital marketing, website management, email marketing and campaign delivery. Experience in Affiliate marketing (Setting up) and influencer Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads and email marketing platforms. Excellent copywriting and content creation skills. Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines. Comfortable using data and insights to drive decision-making. Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar.

Desirable

Experience with search, display, and product listing advertising. Graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator. Experience supporting product launches and retailer networks. Interest in consumer products, technology, music, or creative industries.
