Marketing Manager - Email & CRM

Department: Marketing

Location: Kingsway UK

Compensation: £36,000 - £38,000 / year

Description

We are looking for a Marketing Manager - Email & CRM to take ownership of our email channel and help shape how we engage customers across the full lifecycle.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone with around 4-5 years’ experience who enjoys both execution and optimisation. You’ll be responsible for planning and delivering campaigns, building automated journeys, and using data to continually improve performance.

Working in HubSpot, you’ll collaborate closely with marketing, content, design, and sales teams to ensure email activity supports both brand engagement and commercial growth.

We’re looking for someone who is commercially minded, detail-focused, and confident managing email as a key revenue-driving channel, while contributing to broader marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Email Campaign Delivery & Optimisation
    • Plan, build, and execute email campaigns end-to-end, from briefing through to launch and performance analysis
    • Translate wider marketing activity (campaigns, launches, content) into effective, customer-focused email communications
    • Ensure all email activity supports both engagement and revenue objectives
    • Work closely with internal teams to ensure email amplifies activity across paid, organic, and web channels

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
