Define How Capably Shows Up in the Market

As Marketing Manager at Capably, you’ll define how we tell our story to the market. You’ll shape our positioning, sharpen our messaging, and lead the programs that build awareness, credibility, and demand as we scale.

This is not a brand-only role. You’ll sit at the centre of narrative, execution, and growth—turning product insight, customer outcomes, and market opportunity into content, campaigns, and initiatives that move the business forward. From thought leadership and website messaging to events and launch materials, your work will help determine how Capably is understood by customers, partners, and the broader market. Capably is actively investing more in content and thought leadership, particularly to strengthen positioning in the US market.

Build and Scale Marketing That Drives Momentum

We believe strong marketing is not about noise—it’s about clarity, consistency, and commercial impact. You’ll develop and run marketing initiatives that help Capably reach the right audiences, communicate a differentiated story, and generate momentum across the funnel.

You’ll work closely with leadership, design, sales, and product to translate company priorities into effective campaigns and assets. That includes developing content, refining messaging, supporting events, improving the website, and helping create the materials that make Capably easier to understand and easier to buy. Recent internal priorities already include a website release, whitepaper review, a 10-week marketing program, founder content, and event preparation, all of which reflect the shape of this role.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
