FUJIFILM Healthcare UK are looking for a Marketing Manager – Endoscopy to oversee the full-spectrum of marketing strategies, delivering growth in market share, establishing trusted partnerships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), and spearheading collaborative efforts across the organization at a local and European level.

Candidate Location: Home based. Commutable to Bedford office at least once per week and expected to be customer facing for majority of the week.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and execute 360-degree marketing campaigns across channels including content marketing, advertising (digital and print), email, and social media, especially LinkedIn.
  • Oversee creative development for campaigns, leveraging deep product knowledge; collaborate with internal marketing specialists and the copywriting team to ensure messaging aligns with strategic objectives.
  • Ensure budget control for Endoscopy and Pulmonology; plan activities, gain top management approval, and implement all actions.
  • Lead workshops on messaging and product launches, including organising online launch events, creating promotional and testimonial videos with doctors, and supporting all aspects of the launch process except pricing.
  • Strategise on asset creation, messaging, timing, and channels through creative thinking, experience, brainstorming, and latest technologies.
  • Oversee numerous annual exhibitions and events, including strategic planning, budgeting, and on-site execution.
  • Organise pre-event shows with the sales team, customer evening events, and filming/interviews during events to maximise awareness and engagement.
  • Primarily manage LinkedIn activity for the Endoscopy portfolio, guiding content creation and strategy, and collaborating with the UK and European marketing teams.
  • Plan and execute internal endoscopy events to foster team engagement and knowledge sharing.

What you'll need:

  • Background in Clinical Marketing, focused around campaign management and KOL lead activities.
  • Degree in Business Marketing or a degree related to the role, i.e. Endoscopy degree.
  • Experience of Marketo and Salesforce desirable but not essential.
  • Experience working with European teams would be desirable.
  • Endoscopy specific, broaden to medical instruments & devices if required.
  • Able to integrate easily with rest of the HCUK business units.
  • 5 years minimum in a leadership or management position ideally.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage workload and priorities efficiently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with other service/support groups within Fujifilm Healthcare.
  • Full UK Clean Driving Licence.
