Handle Recruitment is seeking a Marketing Manager experienced in the retail and/or entertainment space in the Spanish market to join a global entertainment brand!

This is a great opportunity to lead retail marketing initiatives, working closely with major Spanish retailers to develop campaigns that help titles stand out both in-store and online.

Working experience in Spain and fluency in Spanish is a must, this is a London based role which will require frequent travel to Spain. 12 month contract, day rate equivalent of £80k-£100k based on experience.

In this role you will:

  • Design and deliver 360° retail campaigns across channels like in-store, e-commerce, social commerce, and launch events.
  • Manage retail marketing budgets, ensuring spend is optimised for maximum impact.
  • Collaborate with licencees and retailers to create cohesive, innovative campaigns aligned with the broader brand strategy.
  • Increase engagement through digital content, influencer partnerships, SEO, and social media efforts that drive sales.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to develop ideas and oversee project delivery from start to finish.

To be successful you will have:

  • Excellent experience working in consumer products, retail, or entertainment marketing in Spain.
  • A comprehensive understanding of retail account strategies across mass, speciality, and e-commerce sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of licensing processes and retail industry trends.
  • Excellent digital and social media skills, paired with creative judgement and organisational ability.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish, plus the flexibility to travel within Spain and occasionally across EMEA.
