Phillip Jeffries Marketing Manager

At Phillip Jeffries, we believe the most beautiful spaces begin with meaningful connections. Since our start in a family garage in 1976, we have grown into a global luxury wallcovering brand trusted by the world’s top designers and architects. Today, our curated collections and dedication to exceptional service set the standard in the industry. That kind of reputation is built by passionate people who know how to sell not just a product, but a story.

Phillip Jeffries is seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Manager to support the continued growth of our international business across the UK, France, Italy, Spain, and broader European markets. Based in our London office, this role follows a hybrid schedule of 3–4 days per week on-site and reports directly to the Managing Director, PJ International.

Working closely with our Global Marketing team and international leaders, the Marketing Manager will drive regional marketing initiatives, public relations, content creation, events, and brand activations that strengthen awareness and engagement across key international markets. The ideal candidate is a skilled storyteller, relationship builder, and project manager with a passion for luxury brands, design, and creating exceptional brand experiences.

What You’ll Do:

Brand Storytelling & Communications

  • Adapt global campaigns and content to engage audiences across the UK and Europe.
  • Ensure all communications reflect the Phillip Jeffries brand while resonating locally.
  • Identify opportunities to connect our brand to design trends, industry conversations, and cultural moments.
  • Partner with Global Marketing to bring the Phillip Jeffries story to life throughout the international design community.

Public Relations & Media Relations

  • Build and nurture relationships with design media, editors, influencers, and industry partners.
  • Secure meaningful media coverage that elevates brand awareness, product launches, and company initiatives.
  • Coordinate press events, media visits, and PR opportunities across international markets.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and Global Marketing to maximize visibility and measure results.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
