We're looking for a Marketing Manager - Events to join a fantastic team and take ownership of campaigns that connect audiences with engaging conferences, awards, and digital experiences.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys combining creativity, data, and great communication to deliver marketing campaigns that get people excited to attend.
You'll be responsible for managing campaigns from start to finish - from planning and email marketing through to audience engagement, reporting, and event delivery.

What you'll be doing π
- π© Creating and managing multi-channel event marketing campaigns
- π Using audience insights and data to improve campaign performance
- π― Driving delegate registrations and supporting attendance targets
- βοΈ Writing engaging marketing copy for emails, websites, and campaigns
- π€ Working closely with events, editorial, commercial, and creative teams
- π» Managing platforms including Mailchimp, WordPress, and audience databases
- π Reporting on campaign results and identifying opportunities to improve engagement
- πͺ Supporting live, virtual, and hybrid events when required
What we're looking for π
- β 3+ years' marketing experience (ideally within events, media, or B2B)
- β Experience managing campaigns across digital channels
- β Strong copywriting and communication skills
- β Comfortable working with data, reporting, and audience segmentation
- β Organised, collaborative, and able to manage multiple projects
- β Experience with Mailchimp, WordPress, and marketing databases is highly desirable
