Our client is a US-based conference organiser delivering high-quality B2B events across the energy sector. Their portfolio brings together senior industry leaders from around the world, with a strong reputation for producing commercially successful, content-led conferences.
The business operates as a fully remote team, giving employees the flexibility to work from wherever they're most productive while collaborating closely with clients across the US.

- Executing multi-channel marketing campaigns across a portfolio of B2B conferences
- Managing email marketing, social media, websites and digital assets to drive delegate registrations
- Coordinating campaign delivery across multiple live event launches simultaneously
- Working closely with the Marketing Director and external contractors to deliver high-quality campaigns
Requirements include:
- Experience marketing B2B conferences or exhibitions
- Hands-on experience with email marketing, social media and CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred)
- Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once
- Ability to work primarily US business hours (essential)
