Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + Hybrid Working + Annual Discretional Bonus + Great Benefits + Early Finish Friday
Are you a Marketing Manager or similar, from a construction or specification-led background, looking for an autonomous role at an industry-leading manufacturer of architectural façades, who are renowned for their innovative projects throughout the industry?
Do you want to work for a company who values and champions their employees through great company benefits, including but not limited to the chance to work 2 days a week from home, an annual bonus scheme, and an increased holidays allowance?
On offer is the opportunity to join a well-established and growing specialist façade business with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality solutions across the construction sector. Working on major commercial projects throughout the UK, the company partners with some of the country's leading contractors and developers, offering the chance to be involved in prestigious and technically challenging schemes.
In this role you will be responsible for leading the company's marketing strategy, aligning it with business goals. You will be responsible for managing company marketing campaigns, overseeing the company website, SEO, and analytics, along with building relationships with specifiers, contractors, and architects, to gather feedback for future improvements including market research on customers, competitors, and emerging sectors.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
