Job Overview

INTERIM RESOURCES LTD is seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team in London, United Kingdom. This is a Full-Time, permanent position offering a competitive salary of £55,000 - £64,000 per annum. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for the entire organisation to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's voice and driving sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness and market share.
  • Set current and long-term goals for internal teams.
  • Design and review the Marketing department’s budget.
  • Oversee all marketing campaigns, from ideation to execution and analysis.
  • Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and analyse competitor activity.
  • Direct and coordinate marketing efforts across various channels, including digital, social media, content, and events.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for senior management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and a unified marketing message.

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar senior marketing role.
  • A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience with CRM software and digital analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills with a focus on ROI.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to think strategically.
