Marketing Executive - Maternity Cover
In this 12-month maternity cover, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing our marketing plans to life. This is a hands-on role for a brilliant organiser and executor who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves variety, and takes real pride in delivering exceptional work.
You'll support marketing activity across Côte Brasserie, Côte at Home, Côte Uncorked, and our delivery channels, helping ensure every campaign, launch, and customer touchpoint is delivered seamlessly.
Working closely with our creative, digital, and operations teams, you'll become the engine behind the day-to-day delivery of one of the UK's best-loved hospitality brands.
What You'll Be Doing
Campaign Delivery
- Lead the implementation of integrated marketing campaigns from brief through to launch
- Coordinate campaign timelines, critical paths, and stakeholder approvals
- Ensure activity is delivered on time, on budget, and to an exceptional standard
Menu & Product Launches
- Project manage seasonal menu launches and new product introductions
- Coordinate artwork, print, operational communications, and launch plans
- Work closely with Food & Drink, Operations, and Creative teams to deliver flawless execution

In-Brasserie Experience
- Own the delivery of in-restaurant marketing touchpoints
- Manage POS, menus, point-of-sale materials, and guest communications
Ecommerce & Commercial Channels
- Support marketing activity across Côte at Home, Côte Uncorked, gift cards, and delivery platforms
- Coordinate campaigns that drive sales across both physical and digital channels
- Work closely with the digital team to ensure websites and digital content remain current and commercially effective
Content Production
- Plan and coordinate photography and video shoots
- Manage shoot logistics, product preparation, shot lists, and cross-functional coordination
- Ensure a strong pipeline of high-quality content for use across all channels
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Support restaurants with clear launch communications and operational marketing materials
- Become a trusted day-to-day partner for stakeholders across the business
Performance & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve future activity
- Help refine marketing processes, templates, and ways of working to improve efficiency across the team

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who loves making things happen.
You'll be highly organised, commercially aware, and equally comfortable juggling multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
You'll likely have:
- Experience in a marketing role within hospitality, retail, or another fast-paced consumer brand
- Experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns from planning through to execution
- Excellent project management and organisational skills
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
