Are you passionate about understanding customer shopping behavior and creating a desktop and mobile shopping experience that will excite them? Then you are in the right place!
We are looking for an experienced, data-driven Marketing Manager who will execute the Marketing strategy end-to-end. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to create and execute effective online marketing strategies, test and launch new features, partner with internal teams, measure results and optimize for impact. As part of the Marketing Team, you will play an instrumental role in shaping the on-site CX for EU customers.
Key job responsibilities
- Own the execution of the full lifecycle of marketing strategy and operational/merchandising activities (category specific, promotional or seasonal). This includes customer segmenting and targeting, campaign creation, and performance analysis.
- Coordinate across creative, production, and selection teams to create thorough creative content.
- Build out segmented and targeted content strategies that improve customer experience and maximizes conversion.
- Run A/B tests across touch points, to optimize creative and campaigns.
- Provide insights to drive an informed marketing strategy based on key metrics, historical data, and trend reporting.
- Own reporting of key business metrics to the broader team.

Basic Qualifications:
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a Marketing discipline
- Written and spoken fluency in English
- Analytical skills and the ability to use customer research and data to develop online strategies that provide the best customer experience
- Project management skills, including work prioritization and project planning
- Stakeholder management skills needed to communicate clearly across all levels of the organization
- Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Understanding User Experience and customer messaging; the ability to harmonize customer experience across multiple marketing channels and vehicles
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with a Content Management System (e.g. Wordpress, Drupla, Joomla, etc.)
- Experience using integrated campaigns to solve brand/business challenges
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience managing data, including customer segments and online campaign metrics
