Job Description:

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to cover a 12-month maternity leave. As the Marketing Manager, you will be the creative force with the Marketing Coordinator to lead our marketing campaigns for our UK and Ireland stores.

In a nutshell, you’ll be responsible for…

  • Collaborate with the Global Marketing team to execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports our overall business goals
  • Manage the annual marketing budget and allocate the resources to maximise ROI
  • Work closely with external agencies and vendors to ensure deliverables are on time and within budget
  • Project manage marketing campaigns and events and analyse insights to continuously improve performance
  • Design and create local material to ensure all marketing collateral is on brand and aligned with our company values
  • Manage the ordering, production, and distribution of retail marketing print materials, ensuring timely delivery and consistent execution to brand standards
  • Increase customer loyalty with our Flying Tiger Copenhagen Club
  • Work closely with the senior leadership team on communication plans, providing ideas and inspiration

We’re looking for someone with…

  • Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in retail or consumer goods, with a track record of delivering multi-channel campaigns and driving commercial results
  • Strong skills in brand marketing, campaign planning, and content development, including the ability to adapt global concepts for local markets
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with digital and social media marketing, performance tracking, and using analytics to optimise campaigns and customer engagement
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and presentation skills, with strong attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset
  • Commercially and customer-focused
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment, demonstrating initiative and ownership
