The Position

As a Marketing Manager, this delivery-focused role is for a highly passionate individual with expertise in shaping experienced campaigns for our global ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) audiences.

You’ll collaborate across multiple UK and global locations, responsible for:

  • UK Focus:
    • Managing, refining, and executing marketing activities (campaigns, research, events, advertising) for Global Wealth audiences.
    • Orchestrating cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless execution on time and within budget.
    • Tracking performance, producing insights, and optimising campaigns for greater impact.
    • Leading coaching and content strategy; defining engagement themes and growth segments.
  • Global Focus:
    • Collaborating with regional marketing leads to align globally relevant integrated campaigns.
    • Owning and managing the global content calendar, ensuring cohesive audience engagement across channels.
    • Partnering with the Brand team to lend support to initiatives like The Wealth Report.

You’ll be accountable for supplier coordination, agency management, and driving photoshoots, ensuring high-quality, bespoke experiences tailored for our investors.


Key Responsibilities

UK-Related Duties

  • Command The Private Office marketing strategy, cross-pollinating compelling experiences and toolkits for seamless execution.
  • Design and integrate campaigns enhancing brand visibility, lead generation, and ongoing client engagement.
  • Lead multichannel initiatives, from traditional outreach to digital and experiential endeavours, all tailored for UHNW clients.
  • Analyse, assess, and evaluate campaign effectiveness, transforming insights into strategic adjustments.
  • Partner with external agencies and suppliers, ensuring exceptional execution and exclusive client experiences.
  • Take ownership of content strategy and planning, ensuring alignment with trend relevance.

Global Collaboration

  • Partner with global marketers to structure scalable frameworks and cohort strategies maximizing return.
  • Own global execution of The Private Office content calendar, ensuring seamless cross-market orchestration.

Requirements

Experience & Skills

  • 3–4 years as a Marketing Manager (preferably with agency or client-side experience).
  • Proficiency in integrated campaign management across multiple channels.
  • Strong insights and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Passion for content production, with strong copywriting and strategic writing acumen.
  • An aptitude for leading transformation across large-scale initiatives.
  • Familiarity with global property markets or UHNW consumers (desirable but not mandatory).
  • Exceptional collaboration skills, clear communication across all levels, and ability to sell-ins ideas.

  • Highly organised, deadline-oriented, and fiscally conscious.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and driven by cooperative ideation.
  • Preference for UK candidates, with no acceptance of unsolicited CVs from recruitment agencies.
