The Role: Marketing Manager (Global Wealth)
This delivery-focused role targets an exceptional professional obsessed with shaping exceptional experiences and campaigns for our ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) global audiences. In United Kingdom, you will manage, shape, and execute all marketing activity (campaigns, research, events, advertising, and go-to-market support) for Global Wealth audiences. Globally, collaboration with regional and country marketing leads and teams is critical to develop internationally resonant campaigns and optimise cross-market audience touchpoints.
Core Requirements:
- Strong stakeholder management and project management skills.
- Experiences in operations spanning multiple locations, aligning strategies under a unified audience-first and brand-centred vision.
- Track record of delivering across the full marketing mix, with a proven capacity to measure, assess, and report on the impact and ROI of marketing activity.
Key Responsibilities
UK-Based Duties:

Lead Marketing Manager’s to create, refine, and consolidate the The Private Office marketing plan, working seamlessly cross-functionally to develop:
- Compelling messaging, assets, and campaign toolkits
- Execute these initiatives within timeframe and budget constraints.

Design integrated campaigns driving:
- Brand awareness
- Lead generation
- Client nurturing across the entire customer lifecycle.
Equip internal teams with actionable documentation while continuously monitoring, refining, and reporting campaign performance.

Plan and execute multi-channel marketing including strategic collaboration with internal teams to deliver high-impact social, digital, and experiential campaigns tailored to:
- UHNW client and partner audiences

Data-driven decision-making:
- Analyze campaign performance meticulously and present post-campaign reports to distill strategic insights.

Manage external agencies and suppliers, ensuring:
- Quality delivery standards
- Creation of curated, invitation-only immersive UHNW experiences.

- Overse content strategy for UHNW audiences, aligning with:

Global Duties:
- Collaborate with regional marketing leads to develop and integrate:
- Scalable frameworks and frameworks
- Localization strategies
- Global toolkits and playbooks with dual aims:
- Maximising impact and consistency
- Enhancing commercial return
- Lead the global content calendar for The Private Office, ensuring coordinated execution across regions, markets, and channels with a unified audience-first philosophy.
- Partner closely with Brand Team to leverage:
- flagship publication: The Wealth Report.
- Strategic positioning and targeted audience relevance for key UHNW segments.
- Work with global marketing and communications teams (PR, internal comms, content, social, digital, creative) to:
- Align initiatives with market-specific themes and audience insights.
- Amplify impact by syndicating learnings across channels.
Professional Experience and Personal Skills Profile
Qualifications & Experience:
- 3-4 years in a marketing manager role (client or agency).
- Demonstratable proficiency in leveraging insights and data to enhance targeting, personalisation, and campaign design.
- Fundamental passion for content strategy alongside strong copywriting and operational skills.
- Track record in innovation leadership across large-scale multi-channel projects.
- Awareness or experience with global property markets or UHNW audiences is a bonus; not mandatory.
Key Personal Traits:
- Confidence and articulate communication: Ability to engage strategic stakeholders across all corporate levels.
- Strong organisational aptitude, managing deadlines and budgets with precision and flexibility.
- Adaptable, cooperative collaborator: Thriving in diverse multidisciplinary teams.
Additional strength:
- Marketing qualifications or relevant equivalent credentials.
