Location - Greater London (30 mins via train from Central)
WFH / WFO - 3 days in the office, 2 at home (flexible working hours possible)
Salary - 6 figure package
My client is a category leading FMCG business who are looking for an ambitious, curious, and strategic thinking Marketing Manager to join their business. As a Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing their core business and elevating them into new categories through NPD to grow their strong portfolio of market leading products.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager to take on a new challenge in their career. What is key is that the right candidate will have risen through the ranks of a leading FMCG food business and have strong, blue chip training and marketing fundamentals

Further responsibilities include:
- Leading a team of brand marketing professionals across an exciting, NPD lead range
- Creating cross channel integrated brand experiences to lead the creation, planning and execution of the businesses vision and strategy.
- Managing a 7 figure advertising budget and developing and executing a communication campaign.
- Working together with the Category and Sales team across the food service and consumer channel to lead the in market execution.
A Marketing Manager will have:
- A number of years of FMCG (ideally food) Marketing experience
- A proven track record of taking a creative idea from ideation to planning and then to full execution
- Experience managing a P+L and have strong commercial acumen
- Strong knowledge of sales tracking systems
- Proven experience in developing category and brand strategy
- Great understanding of executional marketing levers
- Digital marketing skills
- Experience in brand and multi market management
