Marketing Manager – Hospitals & Clinical Services
Barbican, London | Hybrid Working (1-2 days a week) | Marketing | Fixed-Term Contract: 12 Months | Full-Time
Competitive salary available, depending on experience

We're looking for a commercially-minded and collaborative Marketing Manager to support our Hospitals and Clinical Services business. This role will be instrumental in connecting national marketing strategies with local hospital objectives, ensuring our marketing activity is relevant, effective, and delivers measurable results for patients, consultants, and hospital teams.
Living our values of caring, expertise, trust, and passion, you'll act as a key partner to hospital leadership teams, helping to drive growth through impactful local marketing plans, strong stakeholder relationships, and a culture of continuous improvement across our hospital network.
As our Marketing Manager - Hospitals & Clinical Services you’ll:
- Develop and deliver tailored local marketing plans that support individual hospital priorities, drive patient demand, and maximize market opportunities.
- Lead the activation of national marketing campaigns across hospital sites, ensuring effective localization, consistency, and alignment with business goals.
- Act as the primary marketing partner for hospital leadership teams, providing expert advice, guidance, and support on local marketing activity.
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns, working closely with agency partners to deliver activity on time, within budget, and against agreed objectives.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using data, customer insights, and market intelligence to optimize activity and improve ROI.
- Build and foster a strong marketing community across hospital sites, encouraging collaboration, knowledge sharing, and the adoption of best practice.
- Collaborate with operational, commercial, clinical, and central marketing teams to ensure marketing activity supports strategic priorities and enhances patient experience.

To succeed as Marketing Manager – Hospitals & Clinical Services you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in a marketing management role, delivering integrated campaigns and marketing plans within a multi-site, healthcare, retail, hospitality, or service-based environment.
- Strong understanding of paid media planning, campaign optimization, and agency management.
- Demonstrable experience using data and insights to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and inform marketing decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build credible relationships across a diverse range of audiences.
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of delivery.
- Strong communication and creative briefing skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into effective marketing activity.
- A collaborative, proactive, and values-led approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional outcomes for customers and colleagues.
