Marketing Manager
We are partnering with a boutique wealth management firm based in the West End looking to hire a Marketing Manager. The business has an established reputation within the private client market, working closely with high-net-worth individuals and a broad network of professional introducers.
Role Overview
Working closely with the Head of Marketing, this is a broad, hands-on position sitting across marketing, digital engagement, events, and business development support. Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a key role in delivering marketing activity, enhancing digital visibility, supporting relationship-building initiatives, and helping drive commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting marketing and business development initiatives aimed at clients, prospects, and professional introducers
- Coordinating communications, follow-up activity, and engagement programmes linked to campaigns, meetings, and events
- Managing website content and ongoing updates through WordPress
- Supporting the firm's LinkedIn presence, including content distribution and profile management for senior stakeholders
- Delivering targeted email marketing campaigns and monitoring engagement levels
- Producing marketing content including articles, newsletters, thought leadership pieces, and client communications
- Working with internal subject matter experts to translate technical information into engaging, client-friendly content
- Supporting SEO initiatives and digital visibility across search and online channels
- Assisting with the implementation of AI-enabled marketing tools and workflow enhancements
- Organising and delivering events, seminars, and networking activities from planning through to post-event follow-up
- Maintaining accurate prospect, contact, and activity records within internal systems
- Tracking campaign performance, lead generation activity, and marketing effectiveness through regular reporting

Ideal Candidate
- Experience in marketing within wealth management, financial services, investment management, or professional services
- Strong understanding of relationship-led and B2B marketing environments
- Experience managing digital channels including LinkedIn, websites, and email marketing platforms
- Working knowledge of WordPress, CRM systems, email marketing tools, and analytics platforms
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills across multiple formats and audiences
- Familiarity with SEO principles and digital performance measurement
- Interest in the practical application of AI tools within marketing environments
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working with senior professionals
- A proactive, commercial, and delivery-focused approach with strong attention to detail
