Marketing Manager Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Marketing Manager to join a fast-growing automotive subscription business at a pivotal stage of its growth. This is a broad, hands-on role where you'll take ownership of the entire UK marketing function, driving customer acquisition, lead generation and brand awareness while working closely with senior leadership. If you're a commercially minded B2C marketer who enjoys building strategy, delivering campaigns and making a tangible impact in a scaling business, we'd love to hear from you.

Title: Marketing Manager

Location: Enfield, London (Hybrid - 3 days office / 2 days home)

Salary: £50,000-£55,000 + Quarterly Bonus

Type: Permanent


About the Role

We're partnering with a rapidly growing automotive subscription business looking to appoint an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and develop its UK marketing function. Having experienced significant growth over recent years, the business is now entering its next phase of expansion, with ambitious plans to continue growing across the UK and Europe. This is an opportunity to join a business where marketing sits at the heart of its commercial strategy and where you'll have genuine ownership of campaigns, customer acquisition and brand development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver the company's B2C marketing strategy.
  • Own customer acquisition and lead generation across digital channels.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Manage the company's social media channels and content strategy.
  • Develop engaging website and ecommerce content.
  • Manage external SEO and marketing agency relationships.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse data and optimise marketing activity.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver marketing initiatives.

About You

We're looking for a commercially minded, hands-on Marketing Manager who enjoys operating in a growing business and taking ownership of the full marketing function.

You'll ideally bring:

  • At least 3 years' experience in a broad B2C Marketing Manager position - preferably in the Automotive industry.
  • Strong experience delivering successful lead generation campaigns.
  • Experience across digital marketing, social media, website management and content creation.
  • Good understanding of SEO and experience managing external agencies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to improve campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Highly Desirable

  • Automotive, vehicle rental, mobility, subscription or private hire experience.
  • Experience within a recognised consumer brand.
  • Experience supporting a fast-growing or scaling business.
