Marketing Manager in Birmingham - Health Tech Brand

A full-time office-based role in Birmingham (potential to move to hybrid after probation period)

£40k plus £5k performance based bonus

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Growth: Focus on driving customer acquisition and lead generation by leveraging HubSpot and localised marketing efforts.
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Work closely with the local sales team and global HQ marketing to adapt international campaigns and create targeted strategies across all relevant channels.
  • Data Insights & Optimisation: Analyse customer data and market trends to uncover actionable insights, refine targeting, and continuously optimise campaign performance.
  • Budget & Performance Management: Monitor overall marketing effectiveness, manage local campaign budgets, and identify ongoing opportunities for improvement.
  • Events & Conferences: Plan and run local events, webinars, and trade conferences alongside the sales team to build brand visibility and support lead pipelines.

About You

  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience as a Marketing Manager or Marketing Consultant, with a proven track record in performance marketing.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in data mining and data analysis to extract performance insights. Confident using MS Office and digital tools like HubSpot (experience with Adobe Express or Photoshop is an added advantage).
  • Key Attributes: Strong collaborative skills (especially working alongside sales teams), an entrepreneurial mindset, strategic thinking, adaptability to change, and excellent organisational abilities.
  • Personality: A communicative, proactive self-starter with a practical, hands-on approach.
