Are you a commercially minded marketing professional looking to make a visible impact within a leading investment management business?

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a highly regarded international investment platform with a strong presence across infrastructure and real assets. As the business enters a significant new chapter of growth and brand evolution, they are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to take ownership of marketing, communications and brand activity across the European platform.

This is a newly created role with real scope to shape strategy, influence senior stakeholders and drive the profile of a growing investment business operating at the forefront of the infrastructure sector.

The Opportunity

Reporting into a highly visible corporate affairs and investor-focused function, you will lead the delivery of an integrated marketing and communications strategy that enhances brand awareness, supports fundraising initiatives and strengthens engagement with investors, media and key stakeholders.

A major focus in the short term will be supporting the launch and embedding of a newly unified corporate brand, ensuring consistency, quality and impact across every external touchpoint.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
