Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Marketing Manager at Demandtex. The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing Demandtex's global marketing strategy to strengthen brand awareness, support business growth, showcase customer success, and position Demandtex as the leading AI-powered retail and supply chain consulting partner for RELEX Solutions.
The role owns all external marketing communications, including social media, newsletters, customer references, case studies, events, website content, and marketing campaigns. The Marketing Manager works closely with Sales, Customer Success, Delivery, and Leadership teams to ensure consistent messaging and maximize market impact across EMEA, Americas, and other strategic regions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead our social media strategy and content creation
- Create customer case studies and success stories
- Develop and manage joint marketing programs & campaigns with RELEX Solutions
- Produce engaging newsletters and thought leadership content
- Plan and execute customer events, webinars, and industry conferences
- Manage and continuously improve our website and digital presence
- Develop sales and marketing collateral that supports business growth
- Work closely with our consultants, customer success, sales, and leadership teams to showcase the impact we're making around the world

Desired Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in software, consulting, retail, or supply chain industries
- Strong content creation and storytelling capabilities
- Experience managing social media, newsletters, events, and digital campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience working with global and multicultural teams
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools
- Ability to translate complex business and technology topics into compelling customer-focused messaging
- Experience with AI, retail, supply chain, SaaS, or enterprise software marketing is highly desirable
