Brand & Trade Marketing Manager UK
We are looking for a Brand & Trade Marketing Manager UK with a minimum of 4 years of experience, responsible for developing and executing brand and trade marketing strategies in the UK market while ensuring alignment with global marketing guidelines.
This is a permanent role offering a great opportunity to take ownership of a key growth market and contribute to Spraga’s brand development in the UK.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Implementation
- Align UK market plans with the global marketing strategy, ensuring consistency in brand positioning and messaging.
- Develop and implement the local brand communication plan, covering both offline and online channels.
- Drive local sponsorship, PR, events, and partnership initiatives to increase brand visibility and engagement with target audiences.
- Support and implement the brand innovation plan in the UK market, ensuring differentiation and market competitiveness.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify opportunities and risks.

Trade Marketing Strategy & Implementation
- Develop and execute the UK trade marketing strategy to drive brand presence and sales growth across key channels, including:
- Hospitality (Horeca)
- Modern trade
- Wholesale
- Foodservice
- Independent retail
- E-commerce
- Lead in-store and on-trade visibility plans, ensuring strong brand presence at the point of sale.
- Define and execute promotional activities, working closely with the sales team to maximize effectiveness.
- Support trade activations, sampling, events, and customer-specific marketing initiatives.
- Track trade marketing performance and continuously optimize activities based on data-driven insights.
Brand P&L Management
- Own and manage the UK brand P&L with the commercial team, ensuring volume, revenue, and brand profitability targets are supported.
- Analyze actuals vs. budget performance and develop corrective action plans with the commercial team when necessary.
- Optimize marketing spend to maximize ROI while ensuring cost efficiency.
Sales Support & E-commerce Strategy
- Work closely with the UK sales team to provide brand and trade marketing support, including:
- POS materials
- Presentations
- Customer decks
- Activations
- Training
- Develop and implement local e-commerce strategy from both a sales and brand perspective, aligning with global guidelines.
- Oversee strategy and execution for marketplaces and online platforms, ensuring brand consistency and sales growth.

Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in brand and trade marketing.
- Experience in the FMCG sector, particularly in beverages, is a strong plus.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Brand management
- Trade marketing
- Shopper/customer activation
- Experience managing brand P&L and optimizing marketing investments.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across:
- Sales
- Global marketing
- Cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in the UK market is a strong advantage.
- Experience with premium retail, Horeca, foodservice, wholesale, or e-commerce channels is a plus.
