Marketing Manager
Location: Cheltenham, Gloucestershire
Salary: £26,000 (OTE £32,000)
Hours: Monday to Friday – 8.45 – 5.15 (office based until 12pm daily, then work from home)

The Role
Our client is seeking an AI Content Creator to lead the development of high-quality conversion focused content using AI tools across our digital channels. This role is ideal for someone who understands AI-driven content creation and all other marketing platforms for lead generation.

You will be the lead for all marketing and AI content for our client. You will be a vital part to the growth of the business through being proactive in creating marketing content, focusing on AI but also including social media and email campaigns. You will combine creativity, data insight, and AI tooling to produce content that educates, builds trust, and generates qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities

AI-Powered Content Creation
- Use AI tools to create, optimize and create content for all social media platforms.
- Create blogs and thought leadership articles.
- Run email campaigns and newsletters, both written and video/AI.
- Create content for paid ads (Google, LinkedIn, Meta).

SEO & Performance Optimization
- Conduct keyword research and use AI to support SEO-driven content strategies.
- Optimize content for search intent, readability, and conversion.
- Monitor performance metrics (traffic, engagement, leads) and iterate content accordingly.

Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in content creation, digital marketing, or copywriting.
- Hands-on experience using AI content tools.
- Strong written English with excellent editing and proofreading skills.
- An understanding of SEO best practices and content performance analytics.
- Ability to balance speed, creativity, accuracy, and compliance.
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
- A passion for growth, both personally and for the business.
