We're looking for a commercially minded Digital Marketing Manager / Account Manager to lead digital activity across a varied client portfolio, driving measurable growth through integrated marketing strategies.

Role Overview
A client-facing role combining strategic leadership with hands-on delivery across paid media, SEO, and content. You’ll own campaign performance, guide strategic direction, and build strong client relationships while identifying opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities
- To develop and execute integrated digital strategies aligned with client goals; optimise for lead generation, conversions, and ROI.
- Managing and scaling PPC campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn; oversee targeting, testing, budget management, and performance tracking.
- Supporting organic search strategies, conduct keyword/competitor research, and optimise content for evolving search behaviours including AI-driven discovery.
- To act as strategic lead, present insights and recommendations, and proactively identify growth opportunities.
- Lead campaigns end-to-end, coordinating with internal teams to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
- Analyse multi-channel performance, produce insight-led reports, and translate data into actionable improvements.

Essential
- 5+ years in digital marketing (agency or multi-client preferred)
- Strong PPC experience across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn
- Solid understanding of paid/organic strategy, SEO, and content
- Confident with data analysis and performance optimisation
- Excellent communication and client management skills
Desired
- Experience with GA4, WordPress, SEMrush
- Familiarity with CRM/automation platforms
- Exposure to multiple industries
- Understanding of emerging search and AI-driven marketing
