AI Marketing Manager
Hybrid | UK Based (Bristol office 3 times per month)
Salary: £50,000 + Performance Bonus
About the Company
Our client is a growing UK technology business, their technology helps organisations improve engagement and user experience, and they have ambitious plans for continued growth across the UK and Europe.
The Role
This is far more than a traditional marketing position.
We're looking for an AI-first marketer who enjoys creating, experimenting and building. Someone who wants to own marketing rather than simply manage agencies, and who is excited by the opportunity to shape how a growing technology business tells its story.
Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, you'll become the company's first dedicated marketing specialist, taking ownership of campaigns, content, brand awareness and lead generation while helping build a modern marketing function from the ground up.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants genuine autonomy, the freedom to use the latest AI tools and the chance to grow into a future marketing leadership role as the business expands internationally.
What You'll Be Doing
- Take ownership of day-to-day marketing activity across the business.
- Create engaging LinkedIn content and thought leadership for the business and leadership team.
- Produce blogs, case studies, customer stories and website content using AI to maximise quality and efficiency.
- Build and manage HubSpot email campaigns, workflows and customer journeys.
- Create and edit short-form video content from customer visits, exhibitions and product demonstrations.
- Work alongside the commercial team to create authentic content directly from customer sites and industry events.
- Plan and deliver marketing activity around exhibitions, webinars and networking events.
- Use AI tools to streamline content creation, improve productivity and develop innovative marketing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, measure ROI and continuously improve results.
- Support marketing activity as the business grows into new European markets.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What We're Looking For
