Marketing Manager – Permanent Role (Hybrid)

For this central role, you will be based at our Head Office in Tytherington, Macclesfield, with a focus on hybrid working.
Purpose & Scope
This is a role for someone committed to owning a function—whether in B2B engagement, employer branding, or sustainability.
We are looking for individuals with:

This is less about execution and more about obtaining ownership of our growing marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Marketing Director to deliver a cohesive marketing strategy.
- Employer Brand: Partner with the Head of Talent and Engagement to enhance our People Strategy and company culture.
- Creative Leadership: Lead the development of creative assets including:
- Promotional materials
- Website content
- Brand campaigns
- Bids & Tenders: Support and enhance proposals for prospective clients.
- Campaign Management: Track performance and provide insights to the executive team.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging content and social media plans across:
- Digital platforms
- The company website
- Industry publications
- Event Coordination: Manage company attendance at trade shows, conferences, and awards.
- Research & Data: Propose and manage research to generate customer insights and inform strategy.
- Sustainability Focus: Leverage experience in ESG, EcoVadis ratings, and Search/AI visibility to drive initiatives.
- Business Insight: Engage with operational teams (Aftermarket, field, etc.) to inform marketing efforts.
- Commercial Impact: Drive bids, enhance store representation in market landscapes, and strengthen awareness.
