About the Role

Trustpilot is at a very exciting stage in our journey, and we’d like you to join us at this pivotal moment as we enter a new period of growth with a renewed strategic direction. The Marketing Manager is a critical role in helping us achieve our ambitions and vision to create an independent currency of trust in our key markets.

You will be a key member of the Regional Marketing team, and will help build:

  • Strategies that attract customers and drive revenue at scale, working closely with global Marketing teams.
  • Omni-channel programs and campaigns and events targeting our prospects and working with our Commercial partners to optimise conversion.
  • Expertise in market nuances and local insight, being natives in the markets we represent.
  • The full marketing mix in each market fulfilling the plans and ambitions for that market and a consistent brand narrative.

This role will help develop our acquisition marketing strategy to deliver value and growth in our prospect marketing strategies across the UK. You will be responsible for leading impactful and commercially focused campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness, engagement and lead generation across our key segments. You will lead our events strategy including strategy & execution of third-party sponsored events, roundtables and Trustpilot owned events.

Key Responsibilities

In your role, you will:

  • Own and deliver multi-channel demand generation campaigns with a strong focus on brand messaging and ROI - including email, events, digital and content.
  • Own the UK events strategy across owned and third party events. This includes negotiating sponsorship packages, organising roundtable events, post event follow-up campaigns, and commercial alignment.
  • Work closely with local sales and partner functions to align on goals and maximize the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Write copy for web, paid digital, email and others, along with creating landing pages to support campaigns.
  • Take full responsibility for each of your campaigns; delivering on time and on budget, with clear ROI or other metrics.
  • Analyse these programs and report on campaign performance.
  • Coordinate with other marketing departments, including brand, content, comms and digital, to bring cohesion and consistency to every campaign.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
