Job Summary

Square Enix is a leading publisher of entertainment content, known for iconic franchises such as Final Fantasy, Kingdom Hearts, Dragon Quest, NieR, Life is Strange, and Just Cause. Our mission is to create and deliver experiences that resonate deeply with the hearts and minds of our players.

Working within the EMEA Marketing Development team, the Marketing Manager for launch (frontline) titles plays a crucial role in the development and execution of Go To Market plans for selected titles at an EMEA level.

This is a generalist marketing position working within a small tightknit team. The ideal candidate will be an all-rounder with a clear understanding of the building blocks of a great marketing campaign; creative, paid media, social, influencer, loc/versioning and retail, taking strategic plans from our Global Marketing team and turning them into successful go-to-market executions.

They will thrive in a busy and collaborative work environment, and have strong communication skills across functional and geographical boundaries. They will work closely with a variety of internal teams and external partners and be a project management rockstar capable of balancing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires attendance at our London office 3x days a week.

Key Deliverables

  • Act as a key project lead across internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on priorities, approvals, timelines, and campaign deliverables

  • Closely collaborate with internal Market Development teams based in Los Angeles and Tokyo to align on activities as well as internal cross-functional teams
  • Coordinate with external partners, including distribution partners and support agencies
  • Manage asset localization and versioning of assets.
  • Lead, brief, coordinate, and optimize media campaigns
  • Support community, social, and content initiatives that strengthen player engagement and advocacy throughout the campaign lifecycle
  • Contribute to the production of compelling video and social media content, driving engagement and brand awareness across digital platforms
  • Develop and execute creator and influencer programs, identifying opportunities to drive awareness, engagement, credibility, and conversion across multiple content platforms
  • Gather and analyze data from agencies to evaluate campaign performance and identify areas for optimization, reallocating budget as needed to maximize ROI
  • Contribute to the development of regional launch strategies, helping adapt global marketing direction to local market needs, audience insights, and business objectives

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
