Marketing Manager / Lead
Marketing Manager or Lead – Growth Phase
About the Role
Innovation Foresight (IF) is entering a new phase of growth, and we’re seeking a Marketing Manager or Lead to elevate our presence in key markets and with target clients.
Our work operates at the intersection of design, technology and trust—a complex but meaningful space requiring deep curiosity, organisation, and passion for emerging ideas. You won’t need to know everything immediately, but you must be eager to explore and engage with meaningful work.
For the right candidate, we’re also considering introducing a Marketing Mentor, a senior external practitioner who can join a couple of days a month to support your development and refine our marketing strategy.
Positioned under the Managing Partner, this role will involve close collaboration with IF’s leadership team and Growth Lead, translating strategy into tangible activity. Responsibilities will rotate based on business and strategy needs but may include:
Responsibilities
Brand and Messaging
- Shape IF’s brand voice and messaging, ensuring consistent and authentic external communications
- Translate business priorities and positioning into compelling narratives across channels
- Maintain and govern IF’s messaging house and campaign frameworks, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
- Lead external designer relationships for core marketing assets
Content and Thought Leadership
- Oversee IF’s content calendar, including LinkedIn, the monthly newsletter, and blog, maintaining visibility and credibility
- Develop and distribute content across digital platforms, helping curate posts, articles, and frameworks
- Support senior leadership in generating and refining LinkedIn content and community engagement—including idea development and editorial input
- Produce, schedule, and distribute the monthly newsletter end-to-end
Events and Visibility
- Define IF’s external events strategy, securing speaking opportunities, sponsorships, and high-priority attendance
- Manage speaker logistics and vendor relationships, including briefs, talking points, and event coordination
- Develop and prepare talks for leadership presentations
- Organise internal and public-facing events, fostering networking and key conversations

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
