Marketing Manager – International Exhibitions

Central London (Office Based)

up to £55k DOE + Performance Bonus

Are you an experienced exhibition marketing professional looking for the opportunity to take ownership of marketing across an expanding international event portfolio while directly influencing commercial growth?

Ark is partnering with a fast-growing B2B events business that has established itself as a market leader within the logistics, supply chain, and technology sectors. With a successful UK portfolio and ambitious international expansion plans across North America, Asia, the Middle East, and Europe, this is an exciting opportunity to join the business during a significant period of growth.

This is far more than a traditional events marketing role. You'll take ownership of commercially driven campaigns that deliver visitor growth, maximise exhibitor ROI, and contribute directly to the success of multiple international exhibitions.

The Role

This is a strategic, hands-on marketing position where you'll lead the planning and delivery of integrated campaigns across an international exhibition portfolio.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and delivering integrated marketing strategies across multiple international exhibitions.
  • Driving visitor acquisition through email, digital, social media, content, partnerships, and paid marketing campaigns.
  • Building highly targeted campaigns that attract senior decision-makers and qualified industry audiences.
  • Maximising exhibitor engagement and supporting retention through commercially focused marketing initiatives.
  • Growing and segmenting marketing databases across international markets while building relationships with key industry partners and associations.
  • Monitoring campaign performance, analysing marketing data, and optimising activity to maximise ROI.
  • Managing multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
  • Mentoring junior marketing team members and supporting the onsite delivery and post-event analysis of exhibitions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
