Marketing Manager
Marketing Manager – Restaurant Group

Thesleff Group is looking for an exceptional Marketing Manager to join our growing Head Office team and play a key role in shaping the future of one of London's most exciting hospitality groups.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager who combines creativity with commercial thinking. Working closely with the Chief Marketing Officer, you will lead the planning and execution of innovative marketing campaigns across our portfolio of award-winning restaurants and bars, helping to strengthen our brands, increase guest engagement, and drive commercial performance.
Our portfolio includes Los Mochis Notting Hill, Los Mochis London City, Sale e Pepe, Sale e Pepe Mare, MA/NA Mayfair, Viajante87 and several exciting new concepts currently in development.

The Role
As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for delivering innovative marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness, increase customer engagement and support revenue growth across the Group.
You will collaborate with operational teams, creative partners and the wider marketing department to ensure every campaign reflects the quality, creativity and personality of our brands.

The successful Marketing Manager will thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment, balancing strategic planning with hands-on campaign delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement annual marketing strategies across the Group's portfolio.
- Plan, deliver and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR and print.
- Work closely with the Social Media Manager, Digital Marketing Manager and PR team to deliver consistent messaging.
- Support new restaurant launches, seasonal campaigns and promotional activity.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, photographers, designers and creative suppliers.
- Oversee the production of marketing collateral, menus, POS materials and brand assets.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring maximum return on investment.
- Analyse campaign performance and produce regular reports using key marketing metrics.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify new opportunities within the hospitality sector.
- Ensure brand consistency across every guest touchpoint.
- Organise photoshoots, content creation and promotional events.
- Work closely with restaurant management teams to support local marketing initiatives.
About You
We are looking for someone who brings creativity, commercial awareness and exceptional organisational skills.
You will ideally have:
- At least 5 years' experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably within hospitality, lifestyle or luxury brands.
- Experience managing multi-site or multi-brand marketing campaigns.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media and content strategy.
- Experience using marketing analytics and reporting tools.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine passion for restaurants, hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
