The Opportunity β¨
This is one exciting and interesting opportunity for a super smart FMCG trained marketer to take on this new role to shape the brand strategy and strategic direction for a major brand in the UK food & drink market. This is all about defining the brand vision and driving brand growth π; owning the integrated TTL comms strategy, with a deep understanding of the product proposition, range, consumers and shoppers.
We're looking for someone who thrives on a challenge, thinks logically and laterally around brand issues, and can articulate and bring to life, a compelling and exciting brand vision with short and longer-term growth potential. This is a role for someone who enjoys working as part of a high-powered brand team π€, and building a close relationship with key creative and media agency partners, ensuring they deliver exceptional work in response to clearly-defined briefs.

What You'll Drive π―
- The brand's strategic agenda, short and longer-term
- Standout analytical and creative thinking that cuts through a congested category
- Consumer, shopper and market insight to shape and test bold creative thinking
- Brand building campaigns across TV, OOH, digital, social, in-store and PR
- Commercial accountability for the brand strategy and performance
- Strong, supportive agency and stakeholder relationships
- Careful and smart, ongoing management of a substantial A&P Budget
- Leadership and coaching of a direct team of 2 π₯

What You'll Need β
- Exceptional FMCG marketing experience, ideally some in food & drink
- A love of FMCG brands and all things marketing β comms, innovation, execution
- Commercial savvy β you know what drives profitable growth
- A passion for leading award-winning, integrated A&P campaigns
- Big picture, long-term thinking, together with a grasp of the detail too
- Track record of partnering with creative agencies to shape ideas and creative
- Leadership and influencing skills, able to secure buy-in to your idea
