Job Description
We believe in bold ideas, diverse perspectives, and the drive to transform knowledge into impact. Here, your curiosity fuels progress, your voice shapes innovation, and your ambition helps redefine what’s possible within science and learning. We are a culture that obsesses over impact, challenges, and drives what’s next to power infinite possibilities for our customers, colleagues, and society at large.
About The Role
As Marketing Manager, Managed Ad Sales, you'll own the full marketing stack for our managed advertising business, from positioning and content through to demand generation, account-based marketing, and sales enablement. You'll work shoulder to shoulder with sales, product, and data partners to fill pipeline, sharpen our story, and give the commercial team everything it needs to win.
This is a hands-on role for a marketer who likes to set the strategy and then build the thing.
What you'll do
- Own the positioning and messaging for Managed Ad Sales, translating what we do with HCP audience data into a clear, compelling story for advertisers.
- Plan and run demand generation campaigns across email, paid, web, and events that build and accelerate qualified pipeline.
- Create the content that sells: landing pages, case studies, one-pagers, decks, and thought leadership that move advertisers from interest to conversation.
- Lead account-based marketing for priority advertiser accounts, partnering with sales to build account plans, tailored campaigns, and outreach that lands.
- Equip the sales team with the tools to close: pitch decks, battlecards, objection handling, and proof points grounded in performance data.
- Partner across sales, product, and data teams to keep messaging accurate, timely, and aligned to where the business is heading.
- Measure what matters, tracking campaign performance, pipeline influence, and conversion so you can double down on what works and cut what doesn't.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What you'll bring
- Five or more years of B2B marketing experience, ideally spanning media, advertising, data, or healthcare and life sciences.
- A track record across the full funnel: you've built positioning, run demand gen, and shipped sales enablement, not just one of the three.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to turn a complex, data-rich offering into copy that resonates with a commercial buyer.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM (Salesforce preferred), and ABM platforms.
- An analytical mindset, fluent in pipeline metrics and attribution, and comfortable using data to make the case for where to invest.
- A bias for action and a collaborative style that earns trust with sales and product partners.
Nice to have
- Experience marketing an advertising, media, or audience-data product.
- Familiarity with programmatic advertising, adtech, or martech ecosystems.
- Exposure to pharma, life sciences, or the broader healthcare market and how HCP audiences are reached and engaged.
