About Us

We are a mission-driven accessibility start-up dedicated to transforming how neurodivergent individuals navigate their educational and professional journeys.

Since launching our first product, Present Pal, back in 2018, Estendio has empowered students across over 150 universities in the UK and US to excel in their presentations and communication skills. Building on this success, we recently launched our second product, Tailo, an AI-powered reading platform designed to create a tailored reading experience for every mind.

Our vision is to make inclusivity the standard, not the exception. If you’re ready to join a brilliant team committed to levelling the playing field through tech for good, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role

This is a 6-month contract role sitting at the intersection of B2B and B2C marketing, joining the team at an exciting moment as we take Bifrost to market in the US. Bifrost is Estendio's newest product - an AI-powered document accessibility solution built for higher education.

B2B is the immediate priority: you'll work alongside our Chief Commercial Officer and Head of Commercial on Bifrost outreach, research sprints with US university teams, and the content and messaging that supports conversations with CIOs and Academic Technology leads.

As our product direction develops, the role may flex - either deepening the B2B focus or supporting B2C marketing execution marketing our other product Tailo, alongside our Senior Marketing Lead. Either way, you'll be working in a fast-moving, early-stage environment where adaptability matters as much as craft.

What you'll be doing

B2B / Bifrost (Primary Focus)

  • Build and manage targeted institution lists using Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator across our key US university market segments
  • Own end-to-end outreach sequences in Lemlist - cold email, LinkedIn messaging, and voice campaigns - targeting CIOs and Academic Technology leads
  • Write and continuously test outreach copy, subject lines, and sequences based on open and reply data
  • Plan and run paid research sprints (Respondent, Prolific) with accessibility teams, instructional designers, and academic technology leads
  • Develop messaging and content that positions Bifrost in the US higher education market - thought leadership on WCAG 2.1 AA compliance, digital accessibility, and course content
  • Build case studies, ABM content, and sales enablement materials as commercial conversations progress
  • Create supporting collateral for validation partnerships and capability reviews with target institutions

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

B2C / Tailo

  • Support with B2C marketing execution alongside our Senior Marketing Lead - content creation, paid advertising, SEO & GEO, growth, and social media management.

Ongoing

  • Manage Bifrost's marketing tools stack - Apollo, Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM
  • Track and report on pipeline, conversion rates, and campaign performance
  • Work closely with our Head of Commercial and Fractional CGO on priorities and strategy

About You

Experience & Background

  • 3–5 years of marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, EdTech, or a mission-driven startup
  • Solid B2B marketing experience - you've done cold outreach, demand generation, or B2B content and know how to write for senior business audiences
  • Comfortable with B2C execution too - campaigns, content, growth, social
  • Hands-on with marketing automation tools - Lemlist, HubSpot, Apollo, or similar
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or equivalent prospecting tools

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong copywriter - you write differently for a CIO than for a consumer, and you know why that matters
  • Comfortable when the brief changes mid-week because we learned something new
  • Adaptable - you can shift focus when priorities change without losing execution quality
  • Data-driven - you track what works, drop what doesn't, and iterate fast
  • Resilient when experiments don't land - you'll run outreach sequences and campaigns that might not work. You treat failed experiments as useful data, adjust quickly, and don't let setbacks slow execution
  • Collaborative - you work closely with commercial and product, not in isolation
  • Curiosity about the user - you genuinely want to understand accessibility teams and what they need, not just execute
