Marketing Manager (Microsoft & ISV Vendors) – Fixed-Term Contract (1 Year)

The Job Role
A 1-year fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.
We seek a marketing manager to lead the end-to-end marketing function for Microsoft and ISV vendors, with responsibility for:
- Strategy, planning, execution, and performance aligned with business objectives.
- Team leadership, budget management, and compliance oversight
- Delivering impactful campaigns while collaborating with sales, product teams, and vendor partners to drive pipeline, growth, and measurable ROI.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end marketing strategy, covering planning, execution, and performance across Microsoft and ISV vendors.
- Manage, mentor, and develop the marketing team:
- Set clear objectives
- Support career growth
- Drive high performance
- Ensure effective workload management, prioritisation, and delivery across the team.
- Oversee planning, budgeting, and optimisation of Microsoft Co-op and ISV-funded programs.
- Guarantee compliance and deadline adherence for all marketing activity claims.
- Manage marketing partnerships with Microsoft and ISV vendors.
- Lead campaign development, agency briefing, and performance reporting.
- Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to align marketing with commercial goals and insights.
- Provide stakeholder updates and campaign reporting, including ROI impact assessment.
- Research industry events & awards for recognition opportunities.

Requirements
We are looking for candidates with:
- Proven experience in driving marketing strategies from planning through execution and performance optimisation.
- Strong team leadership skills, including the ability to motivate, develop, and prioritise effectively.
- A curious, results-driven mindset, eager to improve processes and make data-led decisions.
- Exceptional project and stakeholder management, adaptable to multiple deadlines and priorities.
- Excellent communication, able to build strong relationships across teams and partnerships.
