We’re looking for an experienced and commercially-minded Marketing Manager

to join our team of creatives, makers and designers on a maternity cover contract. This is a pivotal role within the business, ideal for someone who can step in, take ownership quickly, and confidently lead marketing across both B2C and B2B channels from day one.

THE ROLE

This is a hands-on role for someone who is equally creative and analytical. You will be comfortable shaping strategy whilst also rolling up your sleeves to execute it. One day you might be developing acquisition campaigns and analysing performance data: the next, directing a photoshoot, writing copy, or creating social content.

You’ll play a key role in driving brand growth, lead generation and customer acquisition, working closely with the wider team to elevate the brand and support ambitious business goals.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Marketing Strategy & Growth

  • Support and shape the wider marketing strategy in line with business objectives
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify opportunities for growth
  • Develop marketing plans with clear objectives, target audiences and measurable outcomes
  • Drive both B2C and B2B lead generation strategies across multiple channels

Performance Marketing

  • Own and optimise paid social and search campaigns across Meta and Google Ads
  • Build and improve high-performing acquisition funnels to generate qualified leads
  • Test creatives, audiences and messaging to continuously improve performance and lower CPA
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimisation

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
