We’ve just secured a whopping $75 million in Series C funding, and we’re on a mission to provide the best pet insurance solutions out there. Our goal? To ensure every furry friend gets the care they deserve, and their owners get peace of mind.

We are looking for a Marketing Manager UK to support our growing business. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Lassie brand in the UK, driving brand visibility and marketing performance forward.

This is a great opportunity to join a high-performing team, take ownership end-to-end, and shape how we build as we scale.

📍 Location: London

Tasks

  • You lead influencer marketing for the UK: you identify suitable influencers, negotiate collaborations, and build strong relationships with our partners.
  • You develop strategic partnerships with brands, organisations, and communities in the pet space to increase Lassie's brand awareness and create new collaboration opportunities.
  • You are responsible for Lassie's content, PR and branding activities in the UK and handle all types of copy and advertising materials.
  • You work closely with our Creative Lead to produce marketing materials, and develop campaign-based content together with UGC creators.
  • You establish and optimise marketing processes and collaborate with interns, freelancers, agencies, and/or additional team members.
  • You define marketing goals, analyse campaigns based on data, and ensure targets are met within budget.
  • You work closely with the Country Manager for the UK as well as the global marketing team in Berlin/Stockholm to align on marketing strategies, campaigns, and their execution.

Requirements

  • You love pets.
  • You have at least 3-4 years of experience in marketing for B2C brands.
  • You are energetic, work independently, and aren't deterred by complex challenges; on the contrary: you love finding solutions.
  • You are creative and think outside the box to execute extraordinary and bold marketing initiatives.
  • At the same time, you are data-driven and think analytically.
  • You have experience in copywriting.
  • You possess excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • You live in London and have solid knowledge of the local market.
  • You speak fluent English.
