About the Role
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to drive customer growth at MR PORTER, someone with a proven track record of delivering measurable results through brand, organic, and performance marketing.
You must:
- Comfortably navigate campaign performance details and big-picture channel strategy.
- Translate data into clear commercial narratives while keeping customer experience central.
- Hold yourself accountable to growth metrics without compromising on brand alignment.
You will report to the Senior Brand Marketing Manager and collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Regional, and Performance Marketing teams, blending creative vision with commercial execution.
Ideal candidates will have strong experience in: ✔ Customer acquisition ✔ Funnel analysis ✔ Growth modelling
The role is based in London (Westfield) with a 4-day in-office commitment.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Strategy Development

Partner with the Senior Brand Marketing Manager to develop and execute full-funnel, cross-channel marketing plans that drive:
- Brand awareness
- Conversion (customer demand)
- Global customer growth

Collaborate with performance and regional marketing teams to optimise:
- Paid Search
- Paid Social
- Programmatic Display
- Affiliates
- SEO

Translate global strategies into locally relevant executions, ensuring measurable KPI growth within budget.
Data-Driven Optimisation & Reporting
- Lead campaign and customer performance analysis, including:
- Global KPI tracking
- Granular market analysis alongside regional teams
- Development of actionable growth plans

- Support quarterly planning and reporting, ensuring alignment among:
- Cross-functional teams

Generate campaign briefs and messaging strategies based on data-driven insights.
Requirements
Essential Experience & Skills

Proven hands-on experience managing and optimising:
- Paid digital media campaigns
- Multiple marketing channels (search, social, programmatic, etc.)
- Performance metrics and attribution modelling

Strong analytical and commercially acutely minded, able to:
- Interpret complex data
- Identify actionable insights
- Translate findings into impactful business strategies

Exceptional stakeholder management skills, collaborating effectively with:
- Creative teams
- Content specialists
- Commercial and performance teams
- Regional marketing leads

Highly organised, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
