NUPROL LTD is a specialist brand in the Airsoft industry, offering a wide range of high-quality Airsoft products, including performance gases and accessories. The company is dedicated to designing products from the ground up that enhance the overall Airsoft experience for players and retailers alike. Role Description

The Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ducklington. This position is responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns that promote NUPROL’s product range and strengthen brand presence in the Airsoft market. Day-to-day tasks include:

The Marketing Manager will analyze market trends and customer insights, manage relationships with retailers and partners, oversee marketing budgets, and track campaign performance to optimize results. Collaboration with sales, product development, and operations teams is essential to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective go-to-market plans.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and brand management.
  • Experience with digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Ability to create clear, engaging marketing content and promotional materials.
  • Competence in market research, data analysis, and reporting on marketing performance.
  • Experience managing external partners, agencies, or retailers is beneficial.
  • Proficiency with common marketing tools and platforms (e.g., analytics, CMS, social media management tools).
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Previous experience in consumer products, sports, hobby, or related industries is an advantage; interest in Airsoft is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
