About The Marketing Manager Role

We’re seeking an energetic and proactive Marketing Manager in the Newcastle area to play a pivotal role in developing and delivering locally focused marketing activity alongside implementing central marketing initiatives, that support the Group’s growth, brand positioning, relationship building and lead generation.
Working closely with fee earners, local offices, and the Central Marketing team, you’ll ensure brand consistency and the effective delivery of communications, campaigns, and assets across your allocated offices.

- From developing tailored local marketing approaches to supporting strategic central initiatives, you’ll have the scope to influence how marketing is executed across your allocated offices and to play a key role in elevating TC Group’s visibility and reputation.
Key Responsibilities
Local marking support
- Produce and deliver locally relevant content, including blogs, case studies, and client facing documents
- Develop and distribute local newsletters and email campaigns
- Manage and maintain local office webpages, including team photos and updates
- Plan and deliver local events (both in person and webinars)
- Provide guidance to local offices on enhancing their Instagram content and aligning it with brand standards
- Support fee earners with the creation of pitch decks and presentations
- Identify and, where appropriate, attend local networking opportunities
- Support the adoption and effective use of FibreCRM at local office level

Implementing Central Initiatives
- Share centrally developed service line and sector campaigns at a local level
- Align local content creation with SEO recommendations provided by the Central team
- Disseminate thought leadership content across local offices and champion engagement
- Work collaboratively with the Central Marketing team on the development and rollout of local marketing playbooks
Travel & Work Location Requirements
- This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of two days per week working from an office location, primarily based at one of the Newcastle office locations.
- The successful candidate will also be expected to travel to other offices within their regional remit on a regular basis. This includes visiting at least two additional offices per month, alongside the Newcastle base location.

- Edinburgh
- Glasgow
- Dundee
Travel to offices outside of Newcastle will be required as part of the role, and reasonable travel expenses will be reimbursed in line with company policy.
About You
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
- 3-4 years’ marketing experience, with a strong track record in planning and delivering integrated, multi channel campaigns
- Experience delivering locally focused marketing initiatives across multiple sites
- Proven experience collaborating with external partners and managing stakeholders effectively
- Excellent communication, organisational, and copywriting skills
- Confident using marketing tools such as Campaign Monitor, WordPress, and Canva
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Knowledge of the professional services sector is preferable
- Willingness and ability to travel to office locations within designated regions
