Marketing Manager

Marketing Manager (FMCG)

Bournemouth area | Hybrid working

An exciting opportunity for a commercially focused Marketing Manager to take ownership of end-to-end brand strategy within a fast-paced FMCG environment. You’ll work closely with clients, agencies, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, data-led campaigns that drive brand growth and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver integrated brand and marketing strategies aligned to commercial goals
  • Manage budgets, optimise ROI and provide performance insight
  • Lead multi-channel campaigns across advertising, PR, and trade marketing
  • Partner with Account Managers on trade plans and client strategy
  • Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and product performance to identify growth opportunities
  • Present performance updates and strategic recommendations to clients
  • Lead agency relationships, including briefing and evaluating delivery
  • Manage and develop direct reports

About You

  • 6+ years’ marketing experience in FMCG or consumer goods
  • Experience in Health & Beauty, OTC, or regulated sectors beneficial
  • Strong commercial acumen across P&L, ROI, and promotions
  • Confident with stakeholder management and presenting
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and collaborative
