Marketing Manager

Location: Birmingham - 5 days onsite

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000


We're looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead a talented marketing team and play a key role in shaping the next phase of growth for a well-established premium brand.

This is a hands-on leadership position that combines team management, campaign delivery, brand stewardship and strategic thinking. You'll work closely with senior leadership to bring marketing plans to life, drive engagement across multiple channels and ensure every touchpoint reflects a consistently high-quality brand experience.

If you enjoy balancing creativity with commercial thinking, thrive in a fast-paced environment and love seeing campaigns through from concept to execution, this could be the perfect next step.

What You'll Be Doing:

You'll take ownership of the day-to-day marketing function, ensuring projects are delivered effectively, on time and to a high standard. Lead the team with energy, encouragement and focus. The team works exceptionally well together and believes in collaboration and delivering the end goal together.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Supporting the development and delivery of the wider marketing strategy
  • Managing, mentoring, and developing a high-performing marketing team
  • Planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns and product launches
  • Overseeing organic social media activity across key platforms
  • Managing external agency relationships across paid media, SEO and digital marketing
  • Ensuring brand consistency across digital, print, packaging and customer communications
  • Supporting website performance and ongoing optimisation
  • Planning and delivering exhibitions, events and industry showcases
  • Leading internal communications initiatives
  • Monitoring performance and reporting on marketing KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement

We're looking for someone who can combine strategic thinking with strong execution and leadership skills. A team player who appreciates the importance of collaboration, culture and creativity.

To be considered, you’ll have a background in a varied and fast-paced marketing role, with a content-led approach and be an experienced and supportive people manager.

This individual should love being autonomous, encourage the same in their team, and work to be the head of marketing's right-hand person. Yes, you’ll need to be in 5 days/week, but it will 100% be worth it!
