At M3 Media, we partner with luxury, lifestyle, and sport brands to create bold, high-impact campaigns that cut through the noise. Our clients include world-class names in horse racing, equestrian, and premium consumer brands - and we're growing fast.

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Marketing Manager to join our team in a brand-new role, offering an exciting opportunity to make a significant and lasting impact on our business. This is a unique position for a dynamic and creative marketing professional who is passionate about building brands, driving engagement, and delivering strategic growth.

As this is a newly created role, you will have the rare opportunity to shape and define the future of our brand from the ground up. Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing innovative marketing strategies, establishing best practices, and creating a strong and distinctive brand presence.

Responsibilities

  • Creating, implementing and owning a comprehensive marketing strategy across the company and multiple clients.
  • Working closely with each part of the business to create tailored marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences and achieve results.
  • Implement and optimise paid social media and digital advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Ensure all marketing materials and communications align with our brand values as well as our client.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years experience as a Marketing manager (With a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns)
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with managing a team.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A driver's license and car.
