In 2025, Lyst joined forces with Zozo, operators of Zozotown (Japan's leading fashion e-commerce platform). This partnership marks a bold new era for Lyst as we accelerate our ambition to redefine the future of fashion shopping through AI, personalisation, and cutting-edge technology. This is a new role and a key hire as we develop our marketing and content strategy in new and established markets. Reporting directly into the VP Marketing, the role works collaboratively across the business to bring to life the trends, themes and topics which are most relevant to our customer base on a weekly basis, with a specific responsibility as the bridge between the CRM product and marketing teams. Responsibilities: Ownership of reactive (weekly) marketing plan - working alongside social, VM and editorial teams to bring this to life across channels Clear editorial perspective of subjects Lyst should engage with across channels - and the ways in which Lyst can have an ‘ownable' stake in the conversation More detailed CRM execution of the above plan, alongside the CRM executive who will build the campaigns Working with the CRM product team to optimise for future performance Reporting on email and push notification performance including always-on and specific campaigns - this includes email CTR, revenue, acquisition of members, and our retention rate Working collaboratively with both the marketing teams and the Product Engineering Teams to develop audience segments and future strategies, including use of new CRM channels Working collaboratively with the Product Engineering teams, to ensure you are fluent in the on-site and in-app roadmap

Requirements

Solid experience managing marketing plans for a brand, including email and push Experience managing app and web-focused CRM initiatives The ability to work in a matrix organisation with multiple stakeholders across product, marketing and creative/brand Experience working with innovative in-house web and app Product teams Experience working with Data Platforms such as Braze, Adjust and Snowflake Knowledge of the UK and US fashion markets is valuable but not essential
