Description
We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the delivery of high-impact marketing activity that drives student recruitment, commercial income, and participation in training opportunities.
Reporting to the Head of Corporate Communications, Brand & External Engagement, this is a pivotal role responsible for translating strategy into insight-led, performance-driven campaigns that support the College’s growth ambitions.
This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering measurable outcomes across both B2C and B2B audiences.

Interviews have been scheduled for: W/C 17 August 2026
Candidates will be invited to deliver a presentation and will be informed of the selected topic in the invitation. In addition, candidates will be invited to complete a task and will be notified of the topic on the day of the interview.

Key Responsibilities
You will take ownership of the College’s operational marketing function, leading the planning, delivery, and evaluation of integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns to support student recruitment, commercial training, and income-generating activity
- Driving learner recruitment across the full lifecycle – from awareness through to enrolment
- Developing and delivering employer-focused (B2B) marketing campaigns to support commercial growth
- Using data, insight, and audience segmentation to inform targeted, effective marketing activity
- Overseeing digital channels, content, and CRM-driven campaigns, ensuring a strong online presence
- Monitoring performance against KPIs and delivering clear reporting and continuous improvement
- Providing leadership and direction to marketing staff or project teams
- Acting as a trusted marketing adviser to internal stakeholders across the College
We are looking for a highly capable marketing professional with a strong track record of delivering impactful campaigns that drive growth.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
You will bring:
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience
- Significant experience in a marketing role focused on recruitment, growth, or income generation
- Proven expertise in digital and multi-channel marketing, including analytics and campaign optimisation
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to translate insight into results
- Experience of both consumer (B2C) and employer (B2B) marketing
- Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading projects or managing teams
- Experience within the education, public sector, or skills environment would be advantageous.
