Marketing Manager at Staycity Group

About Staycity Group

At Staycity Group, we combine Staycity Aparthotels and Wilde Aparthotels, two leading labels under a shared vision of modern, flexible hospitality. Our mission is to deliver exceptional guest experiences while fostering an environment where our team excels.

With values rooted in curiosity, drive, collaboration, kindness, and respect, we are a diverse, inclusive group currently scaling across Europe. Employees are encouraged to bring their authentic selves to work—because authentic hospitality begins with empowered people.

The Role

We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager who will support the Director of Integrated Marketing in executing impactful brand, campaign, and commercial marketing initiatives across the UK, Ireland, and Europe, with a strong focus on French-speaking markets. This role blends:

  • Strategic brand management
  • Local market activation (content, CRM, digital, PR, and in-property marketing)
  • Fluent French-speaking expertise in translation, localisation, and multicultural campaigns

The ideal candidate will need: ✔ Fluent French (professional/native level) to lead bilingual content, translation, and brand consistency. ✔ 3–5 years of B2C marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, travel, lifestyle, or consumer-driven brands. ✔ Expertise across a full marketing mix (branding, content, digital, CRM, email, PR, events, and in-property promotions). ✔ Strong project management skills, able to balance multiple priorities and collaborate cross-functionally. ✔ Creative problem-solving, clear communication (oral/written), and AI/emerging tech adaptability. ✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where ambiguity is met with clarity and creativity.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
