An exciting opportunity for a hands-on Marketing Manager to take ownership of marketing execution across a premium Reformer Pilates brand. This is a delivery-focused role for someone who enjoys bringing campaigns to life, optimising performance and ensuring a consistent brand experience across digital and physical touchpoints.
The Company
A well-established, experience-led lifestyle brand with a loyal customer community and a reputation for delivering exceptional movement experiences. The business is entering an exciting phase of growth and is looking for a commercially minded marketer to drive execution across multiple channels.
The Basics
- Salary: £45-£55k
- Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)
- Location: West London (2/3 days in the office)
Reporting into senior leadership, this role offers the opportunity to own the day-to-day delivery of the marketing function while working alongside an exceptional new brand strategy and creative leadership team. It’s a rare chance to combine hands-on execution with exposure to high-level brand thinking, with a dotted-line relationship into Jessie and the opportunity to learn from some outstanding creative talent while driving integrated campaigns across digital and in-person touchpoints.

The Role
Marketing Execution
- Own and manage the end-to-end marketing calendar.
- Deliver campaigns across email, social media, website and print.
- Ensure all activity is executed accurately, on time and on brand.
CRM + Digital Marketing
- Lead email marketing and customer journeys through Klaviyo.
- Manage CRM campaigns to improve engagement and retention.
- Oversee Meta advertising activity and contribute to SEO and paid media performance.
- Maintain website content using WordPress or a similar CMS.
Performance + Optimisation
- Monitor campaign performance across all channels.
- Produce clear reporting and use insights to improve results.
- Continuously test, optimise and refine marketing activity.
Brand + Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with creative teams to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively.
- Coordinate marketing activity across the wider business.
- Support in-person marketing initiatives to create a seamless customer experience across every touchpoint.
The Person
Skills + Experience
- Around five years' experience in a hands-on marketing role.
- Strong knowledge of CRM, email marketing, SEO and paid media.
- Proven experience using Klaviyo and Meta Ads Manager.
- Confident managing multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
- Data-driven, commercially aware and focused on continuous improvement.
- Experience with WordPress or a similar CMS is advantageous.
