Marketing Manager (Side+)

About The Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to help scale our team’s capability by owning the end-to-end idea, execution and delivery of digital marketing materials.

The goal? Bring traffic to Side+ and convert viewers into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of marketing campaigns across Side+, including:
    • Weekly video integrations (e.g. Sidemen Sunday)
    • Paid advertising scaling
    • CRM strategy and execution
    • Social media promotion planning
  • Develop creative campaign strategies from scratch, with a laser focus on what resonates with the Sidemen audience (and internet culture writ large)
  • Leverage existing distribution networks (Sidemen Sunday / More / Reacts / social platforms) to reach audiences organically
  • Analyse and evaluate campaign performance, distilling insights to continually improve effectiveness
  • Bring fresh thinking to recurring formats and activations, maximising the Sidemen brand’s potential
  • Understand impact isn’t always tied to size: deliver both small wins and big campaigns effectively

About You

We’re looking for a proven marketer with:

  • 2+ years’ experience (last two years count!) in a subscription-driven platform, ideally marketing a digital product
  • A genuine creative mind – you generate ideas, debate them with confidence, and execute without hesitation
  • A radar for internet culture – spot trends early, understand what “pops off” and act on it instinctively
  • Comfort with autonomy – operate with minimal structure but deliver under tight deadlines
  • Data literacy – able to analyse campaigns, separate noise from signal and iterate continuously
  • Strong interpersonal skills – hold your ground collaboratively, challenge ideas constructively, yet get everyone aligned

Super-nice-to-haves: → Experience in a startup/high-growth environment → Curiosity/first-hand knowledge of the creator economy
