About The Role
We’re hiring a Marketing Manager to lead the development, execution, and delivery of digital marketing materials for the Sidemen’s streaming platform, Side+.
Core Goals
- Drive growth for Side+, converting streamers into customers through targeted campaigns.
- Take full ownership of marketing functions across:
- Weekly video integrations on Sidemen Sundays
- Paid advertising
- CRM strategy
- Social media promotion
- Design end-to-end campaigns, blending creativity with audience insights.
- Leverage organic distribution networks (Sidemen Sunday, More, Reacts, social platforms).
- Analyse performance rigorously—understanding wins, failures, and optimisation opportunities.
- Push boundaries in recurring formats using the Sidemen brand to boost engagement.

About You
Qualifications
- 2+ years of marketing experience in a subscription platform environment.
- Creative drive: Ideas, execution, and ownership—your work speaks for itself.
- Internet culture instinct: Anticipates trends, seizes viral moments, andws without prompt.
- Autonomy thrives in a chaotic, fast-paced environment—solves problems before they arise.
- Data-literate: Capable of honest self-auditing, iteration, and clear storytelling.
- Strong communicator: Challenges ideas tactfully, commands respect in meetings.
- Startup/HG ecosystem familiarity greatly preferred.*
